Trying new things.

 

I will be the first to admit that I love to color. It is a hobby that I have found that I enjoy doing. I started off my coloring adventures using copic markers. If you are a hard core coloring like I am, you will understand my love for these markers and also the obsession, of wanting ever color they make.

Lately I have been wanting to try Prisma Pencils. I have a friend who does beautiful work with these pencils. I admire her work and have always wanted to try them out. Amazon last week had a sale on prisma and I order myself the 72 set. Lets just say I am in love! my first image I color was a stamp from magnolia called Gelato Tilda from their 2017 summer collection. here is a link to the site. www.magnoliastamps.us

Today was the start of a new challenge over at the Kraftin Kimmie blog. It was the anything but a card. I decided to create this tag using the Dandy Lion Stamp. Once of my favorites. Hello! Here is a card I made using Fancy Francy from Kraftin  Kimmie Stamps I actualy won this stamp and the rest of the release back in October. I was alittle nervous about the hair so put off colouring her for awhile. If you are a colouring, you will understand how scary hair can be.

Here is a stamp from krafty kimmie that I coloured at one of the day crops I attended last month. I was a little nervous with the rose. , but happy with how it turned out.  I used my copic markers to  colour her.

Here is another card I created using the Carly cupcake stamp from Krafty Kimmie! This was a fun one to colour. Again I used my beloved Copic markers and matted her on some fun paper from echo park! 

Here is another wonderful stamp from Kraft Kimmie called Buddy bear! This is an adorable stamp and lots of fun to colour! I used Tim Holtz distress in tumbled glass and mowed lawn for the back ground and coloured with my Copic markers! 

Happy Friday everyone! I wanted to share with you all this adorable stamp from krafty kimmie called party animal. If you haven't heard of her stamp store you must check it out! Her stamps are one of my favourites out there. A couple of weekends go she did an online crop. It was a lot of fun getting together with friends and doing the challenges. This card was for the anything animals plus twine. I stamp out my image on neeha solar white paper and coloured the image with my copic markers. Wouldn't this make a great birthday card for a little boy. 

My Winnings!!

Febuary I enter a Valentine day Challenged with Jade Blossom and I won a stamp of my choice" I picked this adorable for love of doughnut stamp. I fuzzy cut out the doughnut and paper pieced the icing. Loved how this card turned out.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Last week I spend an afternoon with my friend Cindy colouring and creating some cards! I coloured this Krafting Kimmie image looking for rainbows. Coloured her with copic markers. The dies I used are from Jaded Blooms.

 

Here is my card I made using the what's cooking? Stamp from stamp anniething! It's always so much fun colouring these stamps. I used my copic markers and matched her outfit to the pattern paper I used. Also distressed inked the edge of the paper with Tim Holtz tea dye ink.

Today I created some easter tags using the jadedblossom spring 2 and tag die set. Are the not the cutest! I used paper from Lawn fawn and echo park.

Today I coloured this sweet stamp from on of my favorite company stamp Anniething! All her images are adorable and it's so fun to couloir them up! I used my copic markers for this image. I kept my card layout simple.
